Here at Thaqalayn Muslim Association - University of Windsor, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. For several years, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. AYA EL-HASHEMI
President
Aya has just completed her degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences (Health Stream) and is currently a MSTHS candidate. In her free time, she enjoys staying active (she has a green belt in karate), exploring her artistic side, and planning the return of an exciting TMA summer event ….

SARAH ALGHIZI
VP of Internal Affairs
Sarah was an International Relations relations student at the University of Windsor. Sarah will be graduating in June inshallah. In her free time, she likes to read, hang out with friends, and watch anime. Sarah is hoping to continue her education as a graduate student starting in September.

FATIMA CHARARA
VP of Human Resources
Fatima is in her fourth year at the University of Windsor. She enjoys reading and has recently developed an interest in baking. She is looking forward to (hopefully) finally being able to travel this summer.

AHMED ABOU ELHASSAN
VP of Finance
Ahmed is a recent graduate of Human Kinetics. His favourite activities are basketball, reading, watching good movies and trying new food. He is looking forward to furthering his education and continuing to play basketball.

ZAHRAA CHAMI
VP of Events
Zahraa is a Biomedical Sciences student and will be starting her fourth year in September. She likes to read in her free time, and when there is extra time on her hands, she loves to travel.

FATME AMMAR
VP of Communications
Fatme is a fourth-year Nursing student who will be graduating this June! In her free time, she loves to read, go on walks, and hang out with friends and family. Fatme can't wait to start her career as a Registered Nurse and when she gains enough experience, she hopes to do travel nursing, inshAllah!
